Tamils of North East (ToNE) is a community-led, non-profit organisation dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Tamil culture, language, and heritage in the North East of England, including West Yorkshire. ToNE – Tamils of North East C.I.C is a Community Interest Company (C.I.C) registered in the United Kingdom.

Founded by passionate volunteers, ToNE provides a welcoming platform that brings together Tamil families, children, youth, and elders, fostering a strong sense of belonging while embracing inclusivity and cultural diversity.

ToNE Nattramil Tamil Palli

ToNE Nattramil Palli is an online Tamil school where learners are taught the Tamil language. All funds collected through the school will be used for charitable purposes in India, including feeding the needy or supporting underprivileged students’ education.
Donations are welcome from anyone who wishes to support this initiative.

ToNE Thozhigal 

ToNE Thozhigals is a women-only group formed to support, empower, and uplift women. It provides a safe space for women to connect, express creativity, and enjoy meaningful engagement.

ToNE is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members, especially children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

Community 

Collaboration

ToNE actively supports and works closely with Bradford Hindu Council (BHC), and BHC supports ToNE in return. This mutual collaboration strengthens cultural exchange, community engagement, and heritage awareness.
